3 parts - Sparkling Wine (preferably Champagne)
2 parts - Le Verger
1 part - Club Soda
Combine the ingredients over ice in a wine glass. Garnish with a thin slice of apple.
3 oz - Le Verger
3 dashes - Angostura bitters
Optional - Spray with Absinthe
Stir ingredients well with ice and strain over a fresh large 2’’ ice cube into a rocks glass.
Garnish with orange peel.
2 oz - Premium Tequila
1 oz - Le Verger
1 oz - Fresh lime juice
Blend ingredients with ice and serve in a classic margarita glass. Salt rim and garnish with a slice of peach !
